Being able to help simplify the process, give coaches better information, and save them time is huge. If we can help a coach find the right players—not just the most talented, but the right fit for their system and culture—that has a ripple effect on everything. I was recruited to swim in college so I've seen firsthand how inefficient the process can be. Coaches are stretched thin trying to evaluate recruits with limited time and travel budgets—I want to help them find the right players faster.
